Hygiene is the indispensable basic requirement for quality and food safety for all food-producing companies. The cleaning of the production facilities plays a central role, but should be as simple as possible and above all economical. Human hygiene factor

Special attention is paid to the human factor in food processing.

Strict compliance with personnel hygiene measures is just as essential for food safety as industrial hygiene. Necessary for the implementation: Hand soaps, towel papers, hand dryers, hand disinfectants including suitable dispenser systems, sole cleaning devices, hygiene sluices, disinfection mats, hygiene clothing of any kind, etc.

Products in the area of occupational safety, such as skin protection / skin care lotions, detectable wound plasters, hearing protection, protective goggles must be available for appropriate workplaces and complete the hygiene management.

System cleaning from a professional

Are your facilities really being adequately cleaned? If adequate hygiene management is not in place, E.Coli bacteria, Bacillus cereus, aflatoxins and many other highly undesirable viruses and bacteria can be found quickly. Ehlert has therefore put together a particularly wide range of cleaning agents for every type of system and many different materials for particularly thorough cleaning. Under no circumstances, however, should the cleaners get into the food. After cleaning, the cleaned surface or machine must therefore be rinsed with clear water to remove any residues. Only then can you start disinfecting your production facilities, frameworks and surfaces.

The right disinfection for every area

After cleaning, disinfection of the surfaces and objects rinsed free of residues is recommended in order to meet the high hygienic requirements. Various surface disinfectants, alcoholic spray disinfectants or soaked disinfectant wipes are available for this purpose.
