He completed his apprenticeship from 2009 to 2012 and subsequently worked as a journeyman in various craft and industrial businesses. Georg Stennes

Georg Stennes is our expert when it comes to meat and sausage products.
Georg Stennes is a master butcher and certified food technologist and has been with us since 1998. Today he is responsible for product development and production of spice blends as well as quality assurance. In addition, he holds the position of plant manager.
In addition, Georg Stennes plays a key role in ensuring our regular FSSC certification, has power of attorney and is a member of the management board. Daniela Liepelt

Daniela Liepelt has been with Ehlert since 1991. Prior to that, she completed an apprenticeship as a specialist for electronic data processing.
Today, Daniela Liepelt is responsible for the product group of spices and additives as assortment manager. She is at your disposal both for purchasing and for advice by phone or mail.
In addition, Daniela Liepelt is in charge of the retail shop, where both business and private customers are supplied with chef’s knives, kitchen machines or workwear. As an authorised signatory and member of the management board, she is also responsible for the direction and objectives of our company.

Nathalie Mertensotto

Nathalie Mertensotto completed her first training as a restaurant specialist from 2010-2013 at the “Lind Hotel in Rietberg”. Her duties included the planning and implementation of events, catering and advising guests as well as personnel planning. Subsequently, she completed her training as a businesswoman in wholesale from 2013-2016 and was also taken on by her training company in 2016. Her responsibilities included key account management, order entry and processing via the online store and by phone, as well as price negotiation and customer service.
Nathalie Mertensotto has been with Ehlert since 2017 and is in charge of the ingredients and food product range group here and is happy to answer any questions you may have about the range by email.

Achim Ewering

Achim Ewering is a trained butcher and master butcher. After several positions as a journeyman in butcher’s shops in East Westphalia, he was production manager at a medium-sized meat and sausage producer from 1995 to 2002.

Harun Payandy

Harun Payandy has been with Ehlert since the beginning of his apprenticeship in 2011. André Jakisch is one of Ehlert’s own growths. He completed his training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant in our company from 2005 to 2008 and then worked first in the internal sales department and later as a product range manager for the packaging product group together with Kathrin Zimmermann.
In 2012, André decided to study business administration and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Controlling, Production and Logistics in 2015.
We were then able to convince André Jakisch to join us again. Since January 2019, André Jakisch has been our purchasing manager and is responsible for strategic purchasing, supplier selection as well as for product range and process optimization projects.

Martin Ehlert

Martin Ehlert is the managing partner of Gustav Ehlert GmbH & Co KG. He has been the driving force behind the company since 1980 and through his dedication and expertise has developed the company into one of the leading wholesalers of food production supplies. Tobias Ortkras

Tobias Ortkras began his apprenticeship as a butcher in Warendorf in 1998. Directly after his graduation in 2001 he started his second apprenticeship with us – as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant. In his first year of training he also passed the examination to become a master butcher.
As a key account manager, Tobias Ortkras now looks after our major customers throughout Germany, but is mainly responsible for the central and southern German regions. In 2016, Tobias Ortkras was appointed our operational managing director and is responsible for purchasing and sales in addition to everything else.

Martina Genrich completed her training as an industrial clerk at Miele & Cie. KG, Gütersloh. Subsequently, she gained many years of professional experience as an assistant to the board of directors or management, among others at companies such as McKinsey & Company, Bertelsmann SE & Co. Jörg Hechsel

Jörg Hechsel is currently the longest-serving former trainee in our company. He has learned the business and the market from the bottom up since his apprenticeship starting in 1987. Dagmar Gottsleben

Mrs. Dagmar Gottsleben has been with Ehlert since 1999. At the beginning of her professional career, she completed an apprenticeship as a paralegal and notary’s assistant and, after passing her exams, worked for a lawyer for several years. After the birth of her two children, Mrs. Dagmar Gottsleben worked for Spedition Frankenfeld in order processing for 10 years.
At Ehlert, Dagmar Gottsleben was initially responsible for the recording of incoming orders by the field staff and order processing up to the creation of delivery notes in the warehouse.

Sven Reckmann

Mr. Sven Reckmann completed his training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant with us from 1997 to 2001. Sven Reckmann then trained as a database specialist at the Gütersloh IT Academy. Since his successful graduation he has been a central part of our IT team. In 2010 Sven Reckmann took over the management of IT in our company. His tasks included and still include the support of our ERP, as well as its technical development. Since 2014, Sven Reckmann has been a member of the management team responsible for all projects relating to “Processes” and “Digitalization”. For this purpose, Sven Reckmann currently leads a team of 3 employees and coordinates the cooperation with our partner companies.
